About Us

In 2015, the duo operating as a team under the title of GoKnow Media, would have an opportunity to spotlight their peers in Dallas through a partnership with a local publication The Dallas Weekly, thus Millennials to Watch was born. MTW quickly became a platform of recognition for leaders in the area and a resource for networking with up and coming talent and leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. With each individual of GoKnow Media bringing their own strength to the table, Dallas readers were blown away learning the essence of its own hometown heroes, their respective industries and how millennials were using their own resources to contribute to their communities. In its first year of production, MTW garnered more than 200,000 readers and engaged users online. Since then, the platform has recognized close to 40 individuals in the state of Texas and a growing number outside of Texas. In 2017, the team began to broaden its reach, engaging with millennials in different parts of the country. 2018 will bring new and exciting individuals to the lineup as MTW expands its network.

Ashley Boyd

Boyd, a graduate of the Mayborn School of Journalism at the University of North Texas uses her degree in Strategic Communications as the lead editor and director of Communications. Boyd also works as a Social Media Manager at a local Fortune 100 company and freelances in her free time. You can follow her at @TheAshMarieShow.

Elroy Johnson

Johnson, the director of Marketing and Visual Communications holds a Marketing degree from Abilene Christian University. He is a published photojournalist and documentary photographer. You can follow him at @Ejohnsoniv.
